Consulting and implementation
LLM and AI consulting and implementation
Practical help to choose where AI is worth using in your business and then to build it. The work covers strategy, working software and the security controls that let you put it in front of staff and customers.
Who it is for
This is for businesses that want results from large language models and have moved past experiments in a chat window. It suits teams that need a first production use case, and teams that have a prototype which is not yet safe or reliable enough to ship.
What the work covers
- Use case selection, with an honest view of where AI will and will not pay for itself.
- Model and platform selection across Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock and Azure OpenAI.
- Retrieval over your own documents and data.
- Agentic workflows and tool integration, including Model Context Protocol servers.
- Evaluation, so that quality is measured before and after every change.
- Security and governance, including data handling, prompt injection defences, access control and audit logging.
- Cost control and monitoring in production.
- AI coding tools and coaching for engineering teams.
What you get
- A short opportunity assessment that ranks use cases by value and difficulty.
- A working implementation in your own environment.
- An evaluation suite that your team can keep running.
- A security and data handling review of the solution.
- Training for the people who will run it.
How it runs
Engagements usually begin with a short discovery, followed by a proof of concept measured against agreed success criteria, and then a production build. You own the code and the prompts.
Common questions
What does an AI consultant do?
An AI consultant helps a business decide where large language models and automation are worth using, selects the models and platforms, builds the integration and puts the controls in place to run it safely. Hamer Technical does both the advice and the engineering.
Is our data safe when we use a large language model?
It can be. Enterprise services such as Amazon Bedrock and Azure OpenAI do not train on your data by default and can be deployed inside your own cloud accounts. The design work covers what data may be sent to a model, who can see the results and how use is logged.
Which AI models and platforms do you work with?
Work is done across Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock and Azure OpenAI. The choice depends on your data residency needs, your existing cloud platform and the task.
